The Chief Minister emphasized that Tamil Nadu's textile sector represents the economic backbone of dozens of municipal towns and rural clusters across the state. In the face of fluctuating yarn prices and shifting international demand, the government has consistently intervened with financial buffers and marketing channels through state procurement agencies. Stalin outlined future plans to modernize loom technology, support design innovation, and expand e-commerce access for cooperative societies, ensuring that weavers earn competitive market returns.

Stalin concluded by reassuring the weaving fraternity that his administration will always remain responsive to their operational requirements. He pledged continued policy interventions to secure the dignity and economic well-being of all textile artisans.
