Chief Minister M.K. Stalin unveiled three major industrial policies, including the Tamil Nadu Ethanol Policy, reinforcing the state's drive toward becoming a one-trillion-dollar economy by 2030. Reflecting on his administration's two-year tenure, Stalin highlighted that the government has rolled out ten comprehensive industrial frameworks tailored to address the evolving demands of modern industry. These targeted policies provide transparent regulatory frameworks, capital subsidies, and sustainable operational incentives across emerging high-growth manufacturing sectors.

The Chief Minister noted that the new policies aim to stimulate investments in green energy production, bio-fuels, clean mobility, and circular economy enterprises. By formulating specialized sectoral roadmaps in close consultation with industry leaders, Tamil Nadu is proactively anticipating global market shifts and creating an enabling ecosystem for advanced manufacturing. Stalin emphasized that balanced regional industrialization remains a top priority, ensuring that new investments create quality jobs across southern and western districts.
