As the causes of concern are glaring, I stressed the need for a collective intervention & constant vigil to uphold Social Justice at the @aifsoj conference. https://t.co/CZNHxNhMFc

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered an official address live from Chennai during the joint inaugural ceremony of major railway and aviation infrastructure projects presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sharing the dais with Union Ministers and dignitaries, Stalin articulated Tamil Nadu's developmental aspirations and highlighted the state's leading contribution to the national economy in manufacturing, export performance, and human development indicators across multiple vital sectors.
Stalin emphasized that genuine national progress is achieved only when states are empowered with adequate fiscal autonomy and timely infrastructure investments. He used the platform to publicly urge the Union Government to expedite critical connectivity projects, including the extension of metro rail networks into emerging industrial corridors and the modernization of key railway freight corridors connecting state ports to manufacturing clusters.
The Chief Minister stressed that collaborative federalism should transcend political differences to serve the welfare of citizens. He reiterated his administration's commitment to partnering with central agencies on development initiatives while vigorously safeguarding state rights, linguistic equality, and fiscal federalism, concluding his speech with a call for balanced regional growth across all Indian states and territories.
