During his official field inspection tour across the Villupuram administrative division, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin personally felicitated fourteen exemplary grassroots workers hailing from Villupuram, Cuddalore, and Kallakurichi districts. Commending their compassionate service, Stalin observed that while political leaders and senior bureaucrats resemble visible blossoms on a plant, dedicated frontline workers stationed in villages and municipal wards constitute the true nourishing roots of societal development.
The Chief Minister recognized individual contributions across municipal sanitation, healthcare assistance, community nursing, and village-level administration. The honored individuals included R. Pandiyan, P. Sivakumar, Katheeja, B. Valavan, N. Arumugam, Anandan, Babu, Murugesan, Nageswaran, Velankanni, Padmashree, Ramachandran, Manikandan, and Natarajan. Stalin noted that these devoted public servants discharge their responsibilities not as mere employment obligations, but as heartfelt social missions characterized by empathy and civic duty.
Stalin emphasized that recognizing selfless frontline workers serves to motivate thousands of public servants across Tamil Nadu to emulate their exemplary commitment and compassion. He stated that honoring their labor provides vital encouragement for future generations of public servants. He reaffirmed that grassroots accountability, institutional empathy, and human-centric service remain the defining pillars of the Dravidian Model governance framework.
