He contrasted this progress with past administrations that compromised state interests, asserting that Tamil Nadu has now reclaimed its proud voice as an unyielding champion of state autonomy nationwide.

Delivering a pointed ideological rejoinder to Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi, the Chief Minister elucidated the core philosophy of Dravidian governance. He stated that the Dravidian movement historically rendered orthodox dogmas, Manusmriti doctrines, and the varna hierarchy obsolete through rationalist education and social reform. Stalin asserted that contemporary Dravidian politics continues that historic mission by relentlessly dismantling caste humiliation and eradicating gender discrimination across all spheres of life.
