Addressing company executives, industry leaders, and state cabinet ministers, Stalin outlined the decisive institutional advantages that make Tamil Nadu India's preeminent manufacturing hub, including uninterrupted industrial power, robust port logistics, transparent regulatory clearances, and an exceptionally skilled technical workforce. He noted that the state produces a dominant share of the nation's automobiles and components, reinforcing its international reputation as the Detroit of Asia.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the investment focuses decisively on technological innovation, supporting indigenous electric vehicle manufacturing, advanced battery pack fabrication, and widespread public charging infrastructure.
