Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin shared the live broadcast of his keynote address delivered while commissioning Industry 4.0 technology centers across twenty-two government Industrial Training Institutes. Addressing educators, industrial leaders, and vocational students, Stalin outlined his administration's comprehensive strategy to transform Tamil Nadu into a premier global hub for advanced manufacturing. He emphasized that traditional vocational courses have been systematically updated to align with contemporary smart automation and digital manufacturing standards.
The Chief Minister praised Tata Technologies for partnering with the state government to deploy international training curricula, modern computer simulation suites, and advanced machinery. Stalin pointed out that this public-private partnership democratizes access to elite engineering knowledge for students from rural government schools. He noted that skilled technicians produced by these modernized institutes will directly attract major industrial investments to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
Stalin concluded that skilling youth with cutting-edge modern competencies is essential for driving sustainable industrial growth across all sectors. He reaffirmed the government's resolute commitment to expand technological education statewide, ensuring that youth from all socio-economic backgrounds achieve dignified, high-paying, and prosperous professional careers.
