Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M.K. Stalin issued a stern warning against attempts by the Bharatiya Janata Party and central authorities to harass party cadres through vindictive tactics. Stalin stated emphatically that opponents must not test the patience or organizational fortitude of the DMK. He cautioned that the party understands every facet of Indian politics and that his statement constitutes a definitive warning rather than a mere rhetorical threat to opposition forces.
The Chief Minister recalled that the DMK was founded on the principles of mass struggle, self-respect, and democratic resilience, having successfully weathered severe political crises and authoritarian emergency regimes in past decades. He condemned the deployment of central investigative agencies against regional leaders as an act of political desperation by a nervous Union government facing electoral anti-incumbency. Stalin stressed that intimidation will never deter the DMK from championing state autonomy and social justice.
Stalin called upon cadres to maintain organizational calm while remaining fully prepared for democratic mobilization across the state. He concluded that public vigilance and democratic resistance will decisively defeat autocratic tendencies in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
