He outlined the state's investor-friendly regulatory mechanisms, transparent single-window clearances, and comprehensive infrastructure readiness.
Stalin affirmed that Tamil Nadu remains committed to providing an attractive environment for global investments that generate employment for local youth. He expressed confidence that bilateral cooperation with the United States will expand into new technological and academic horizons.
