Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin shared the live address he delivered while commencing foundation works for Chennai's world-class Fintech City and Fintech Tower. Addressing entrepreneurs, international finance executives, and government officials, Stalin outlined his administration's goal to make Tamil Nadu a one-trillion-dollar economy by 2030. He noted that specialized technological hubs are vital for sustaining economic modernization and diversifying high-value industrial employment opportunities for young skilled graduates across Tamil Nadu.

The Chief Minister explained that the 56-acre Fintech City in Nandambakkam will provide specialized infrastructure for banking technology, blockchain research, and digital payment networks. With an investment outlay exceeding 13,000 crore rupees across the integrated complex, the project is scheduled to generate tens of thousands of white-collar employment opportunities. Stalin commended the Guidance Tamil Nadu team and the State Industries Promotion Corporation for completing statutory approvals rapidly.

Stalin affirmed that Tamil Nadu's political stability, superior talent pool, and progressive governance make it India's top destination for high-tech capital. He reiterated that inclusive economic expansion will be successfully achieved by connecting tech-driven urban wealth generation with robust statewide welfare delivery mechanisms.
