அதுபோலவே, நிதிநுட்ப நகரமும் நிதிநுட்ப கோபுரமும் முறையே 12 ஆயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய் மற்றும் ஆயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பிலான முதலீடுகளை ஈர்த்து, 80 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கும், 7 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கும் வேலைவாய்ப்பளித்து, தமிழ்நாட்டை இந்தியாவின் நிதிநுட்பத் தலைநகரமாக உயர்த்தும்!

Thalaivar Kalaignar with a great vision predicted the IT boom very early and set up the TIDEL Park in Chennai and he was the first in India to frame an IT Policy which made Tamil Nadu as one of the leaders in IT industry.
Similarly, the Fintech City and Fintech Tower will help attract investments to the tune of 12,000 Cr INR and 1000 Cr INR to provide employment for over 80,000 and 7,000 people respectively and make Tamil Nadu the FinTech Capital of India.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin laid the foundation stone for a world-class Fintech City and an iconic Fintech Tower in Chennai to boost modern financial services. Stalin recalled that former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi had foreseen the global information technology revolution decades ago by establishing the pioneering TIDEL Park and unveiling India's first state IT Policy, securing Tamil Nadu's industrial leadership. Building upon that forward-looking legacy, the current administration designed this integrated hub to attract domestic and international investments.
The Fintech City and Tower projects are projected to mobilize 12,000 crore rupees and 1,000 crore rupees in investments respectively, while generating high-skill employment for over 87,000 skilled professionals. Stalin highlighted that the specialized hub will provide dedicated infrastructure, regulatory facilitation, modern research ecosystems, and co-working facilities for fintech startups, banking corporations, and payment innovators.
The Chief Minister asserted that this landmark initiative will elevate Tamil Nadu into India's undisputed fintech capital, complementing its strong manufacturing and software capabilities. He noted that creating high-value knowledge jobs across diverse economic sectors remains a cornerstone of the state's inclusive economic development strategy.
