Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin commended the state's investment promotion agencies and industrial departments after securing major national and international capital commitments. Stalin observed that these achievements offer a glimpse into the effectiveness of Dravidian Model governance, which balances business-friendly industrial policies with social equity and regional development. He reiterated the state government's resolute determination to position Tamil Nadu as the first port of call for multinational investors and make Chennai the investment gateway of South Asia.
The Chief Minister commended Industries Minister T.R.B. Rajaa, Finance Minister Thangam Thennarasu, and the Guidance Tamil Nadu team for their tireless efforts in attracting high-technology enterprises. He noted that the state's progressive industrial policy frameworks, robust infrastructure, abundant skilled engineering workforce, and peaceful labor relations create an ideal operating environment for advanced electronics, automotive manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors.
Stalin affirmed that his administration will persistently pursue cutting-edge global trade and manufacturing opportunities to accelerate balanced economic expansion. He emphasized that sustained industrial growth remains directly tied to generating high-quality, high-wage employment opportunities for educated youth across all northern, western, and southern districts of Tamil Nadu.
