Questioning the collective conscience of the nation, Stalin observed that unchecked hatred, venomous rhetoric, and communal sectarianism are uprooting the very soul of humanity. He stressed that civil society must stand united against barbaric cruelty and strive to rebuild an empathetic social order.

The Chief Minister held the Union Government directly accountable for failing to prevent horrific civil conflict from engulfing the northeastern state for months. He asserted that peace, rule of law, and civilian security cannot be restored while central authorities maintain administrative silence and passive indifference. Stalin called upon the Union Government to discard partisan considerations, intervene decisively, protect vulnerable communities, and take unsparing legal action against all perpetrators responsible for crimes against women and humanity.
