DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered the valedictory keynote address at the South Zone Booth Level Agents (BLA-2) training conclave convened in Ramanathapuram. Addressing thousands of grassroots party functionaries representing parliamentary constituencies across southern districts, Stalin underscored that electoral victories are forged through meticulous booth-level voter verification, relentless community outreach, and unyielding ideological discipline at the polling station level.

The Chief Minister instructed party cadres to ensure flawless electoral rolls by facilitating prompt registration of young voters, eliminating fraudulent deletions, and assisting marginalized families in obtaining valid voter credentials. He exhorted party agents to systematically communicate the transformative achievements of the Dravidian Model governance, contrasting state welfare successes with the central BJP government's economic misrule. Stalin stressed that defeating communal hegemony requires robust booth-level democratic vigilance.

Stalin called upon booth agents to function as compassionate bridges between local communities and the state administration. He concluded that dedicated, unified fieldwork by grassroots cadres will guarantee a historic clean sweep for the INDIA alliance across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the 2024 parliamentary elections.

He stressed that disciplined grassroots organization forms an impenetrable shield defending constitutional democracy.
