Chief Minister and DMK President M.K. Stalin marked the completion of five historic years as party president, reflecting on his journey since assuming leadership following the demise of former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi. In a commemorative letter addressed to party cadres, Stalin expressed heartfelt gratitude to grassroots workers whose dedicated field labor secured consecutive triumphs in parliamentary, assembly, and local body elections over the half-decade.

The Chief Minister affirmed that as long as he enjoys the unconditional affection and support of the cadre base, he will continue leading the movement to decisive victories on every political battlefield. He recalled Kalaignar's fifty years of monumental party stewardship and pledged to uphold the same ideological rigor, administrative vigilance, and compassionate concern for party workers. Stalin stressed that organizational discipline and grassroots unity remain the movement's greatest assets.

Looking ahead to upcoming electoral contests, Stalin declared that the Dravidian movement must bring a progressive dawn not just to Tamil Nadu, but to the entire Indian republic. He called upon cadres to work relentlessly to dispel communal polarization, defend federal rights, and secure a resounding national victory for the opposition INDIA alliance.
