After Non-BJP forces united to dethrone the fascist BJP regime and aptly named their alliance #INDIA, now the BJP wants to change 'India' for 'Bharat.'
BJP promised to TRANSFORM India, but all we got is a name change after 9 years!
Seems like the BJP is rattled by a single term called India because they recognise the strength of unity within the opposition. During the elections, 'India' will chase BJP out of power!

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin criticized the Union BJP government for attempting to replace the constitutional name India with Bharat in official correspondence, characterizing it as a panicked reaction to the growing momentum of the opposition INDIA alliance. Stalin pointed out that while the Prime Minister swept to power promising transformative economic development, nine years of central administration have yielded merely symbolic rebranding exercises rather than substantial governance improvements.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the ruling party is clearly rattled by the political unity displayed by twenty-eight non-BJP parties under the banner of INDIA. He noted that the sudden unease displayed by central leaders toward the word India exposes their fear of an imminent electoral defeat. Stalin remarked that changing established nomenclatures in presidential invitations and official summits demonstrates an inability to defend the administration's actual economic and social performance.
Stalin asserted that the historical and constitutional identity of the republic represents centuries of cultural synthesis, federalism, and linguistic diversity. He declared that during the upcoming national elections, the people of India will decisively reject cosmetic political maneuvers in favor of democratic accountability.
