Chief Minister and DMK President M.K. Stalin commended the DMK Engineers Wing, led by S.K.P. Karuna, for organizing a comprehensive statewide elocution competition for engineering and polytechnic students as part of the ongoing Kalaignar centenary celebrations. Stalin encouraged technical students across Tamil Nadu to actively participate in the oratorical event, utilizing this platform to showcase their public speaking talent and engage with progressive socio-economic ideas.

The Chief Minister highlighted that former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi championed scientific advancement, technical education, and industrial modernism throughout his public life. By engaging engineering and diploma students through debate and oratorical contests, the party seeks to nurture critical thinking, democratic articulation, and social awareness among young technical professionals. Stalin emphasized that bridging technological education with political awareness creates conscientious citizens capable of contributing meaningfully to society.

Stalin extended his congratulations to the office bearers and organizers of the Engineers Wing for conceptualizing the youth initiative.
