Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched the 'Makkaludan Stalin' mobile application, an innovative digital governance initiative developed by the DMK Information Technology Wing to bring complete information regarding state welfare schemes directly to citizens' smartphones. Stalin urged the public, students, and social workers to download the application and actively campaign to ensure that the benefits of the Dravidian Model governance reach every household under the guiding principle of 'Ellarkkum Ellam.'

The mobile app serves as an interactive civic repository providing detailed guidelines, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and direct grievance submission channels for hundreds of welfare schemes. These include flagship initiatives like the Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thittam, the Chief Minister's Breakfast Scheme, Pudhumai Penn, and Naan Mudhalvan. By digitizing scheme discovery, the platform empowers ordinary citizens to access government welfare entitlements without relying on intermediaries.

Stalin commended the DMK IT Wing for harnessing cutting-edge technology to advance administrative transparency and citizen empowerment. He highlighted that true digital democracy means utilizing mobile technology to deliver social justice and public services to marginalized communities. Concluding his launch message, the Chief Minister emphasized that digital accessibility strengthens participatory governance and ensures seamless delivery of state welfare programs.
