Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered the keynote presidential address at the second national conference of the All India Federation for Social Justice, broadcast live across multiple national digital channels. Addressing national leaders, parliamentarians, and social activists, Stalin affirmed that social justice represents the foundational cornerstone of Indian democracy and federalism, requiring coordinated resistance against right-wing attempts to dilute affirmative action safeguards.
The Chief Minister underscored that Tamil Nadu's century-long struggle under the leadership of the Justice Party, Periyar, Anna, and Kalaignar has consistently demonstrated that social mobility, industrial advancement, and human development flourish when marginalized communities receive equitable access to education and public employment. He urged all partner parties of the national INDIA alliance to place caste census enumeration and proportional representation at the absolute center of their common minimum governance program.
Stalin commended participating political groups for putting aside regional differences to formulate a collective national charter for backward class rights. He warned that authoritarian forces seek to entrench historical social hierarchies through centralized entrance examinations and contractualization of public sector jobs. Concluding his speech, Stalin reaffirmed that the Dravidian movement will persistently lead the pan-Indian struggle for casteless equality.
