Chief Minister M.K. Stalin declared that Grama Sabhas represent the true grassroots foundation of participatory democracy, where ordinary citizens directly debate, evaluate, and guide local developmental priorities.

The Chief Minister asserted that authentic democratic progress across the nation must originate from empowered village communities. He urged rural residents, women self-help groups, and elected panchayat representatives to actively participate in local deliberations, ensuring transparent oversight of basic amenities, drinking water networks, sanitation facilities, and rural employment works.

Stalin highlighted his administration's guiding governance philosophy, 'Ellarkkum Ellam' (Everything for Everyone), assuring rural citizens that the Dravidian Model government is committed to eliminating disparities between urban centers and rural villages.
