Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered the presidential acceptance speech at a grand literary gathering in Thanjavur, releasing the volume 'Thaiveettil Kalaignar,' compiled by Dravidar Kazhagam President K. Veeramani. The event, held as part of the Kalaignar centenary celebrations, brought together veteran activists, writers, and public intellectuals to honor the literary and political legacy of the former Chief Minister.

Addressing the audience, Stalin commended Veeramani for meticulously documenting the historic connection between the Dravidar Kazhagam and Karunanidhi over several decades. He noted that the compiled speeches, letters, and historic articles demonstrate how Karunanidhi maintained deep reverence for Periyar's social reform movement throughout his distinguished legislative career. The book serves as a foundational guide for understanding the social justice agenda that shaped contemporary Tamil Nadu.

Stalin emphasized that the Dravidian Model government is not merely an administrative entity, but an ideological vehicle designed to fulfill the social reform objectives envisioned by pioneering leaders. He thanked Veeramani and Dravidar Kazhagam cadres for their steadfast encouragement. The Chief Minister pledged that his government will continuously uphold self-respect, rationalist thought, and communal harmony across the state.
