DMK President and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin addressed party digital cadres and online volunteers at the #Wing2Point0 conclave in Chennai, organized under the leadership of DMK IT Wing Secretary and Industries Minister T.R.B. Rajaa. Striking an inspiring analogy, Stalin remarked that while traditional cadres wearing border dhotis remain the movement's battle swords on the ground, digital volunteers function as an impenetrable cyber firewall protecting the party against online falsehoods, malicious propaganda, and orchestrated slander.
The Chief Minister urged young volunteers to harness the infinite possibilities of social digital media to communicate the administration's transformative welfare achievements directly to citizens. He emphasized that digital discourse must be grounded in facts, rational debate, ideological clarity, and dignity, reflecting the rich intellectual traditions of the Dravidian movement. Stalin advised cadres to proactively counter divisive disinformation spread by political adversaries with checkable evidence and positive narratives.
Stalin commended Minister T.R.B. Rajaa and the IT Wing organizational team for building an energetic, tech-savvy volunteer brigade across districts. He reiterated that modern political battles are increasingly decided in the digital arena, where truth and social justice must prevail.
