Chief Minister M.K. Stalin described state government employees as the indispensable axle of public administration and the fundamental backbone of governance in Tamil Nadu. In an official communication reaffirming administrative solidarity, Stalin emphasized that no public welfare policy or grassroots development program can succeed without the tireless dedication, competence, and daily labor of civil servants working across urban secretariats and remote rural offices.
Stalin affirmed that the DMK administration, walking steadfastly along the egalitarian path charted by former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, has always acted as a benevolent guardian of employees' rights. He pointed out that historic welfare measures, pay revisions, pension adjustments, and administrative recognitions for government workers were consistently introduced during DMK tenures. The government views state employees not merely as bureaucratic personnel, but as essential partners in executing the Dravidian Model's vision of equitable social progress.
Reiterating that his administration listens attentively to employee concerns and representations, Stalin assured that legitimate grievances regarding service conditions, promotions, and welfare amenities would be addressed with empathy and fairness. He called upon civil servants to continue serving the public with renewed enthusiasm, honesty, and civic responsibility.
