🏫 வருவாய்த் துறை சார்பில் ரூ.14.86 கோடியில் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ள கட்டடங்களைத் திறந்து வைத்தேன்.
📃 NLC-க்கு நிலம் கொடுத்த மக்களின் 60 ஆண்டுகால கோரிக்கைக்குத் தீர்வு காணப்பட்டு 3543 பயனாளிகளுக்குப் பட்டாக்கள் வழங்கினேன்.
🏡பயனாளிகள் தாமாக வீடு கட்டும் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ரூ.98.28 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் வீடு கட்டுவதற்கான பணி ஆணைகள், #கலைஞர்100-ஐ முன்னிட்டு 100 மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்குக் குடியிருப்புகளுக்கான ஒதுக்கீட்டு ஆணைகள் வழங்கினேன்.
🖥️ இணையவழிச் சேவையின் மூலமாக நில அளவைக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் F-line Measurement வசதியையும் தொடங்கி வைத்தேன்.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated comprehensive housing, revenue, and cooperative infrastructure projects across the state, fulfilling longstanding public welfare commitments. Stalin unveiled modern multi-storey residential tenements constructed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board at an outlay of 453.67 crore rupees, providing safe, dignified housing for economically disadvantaged urban families. Additionally, he opened new warehouses, auction centers, and administrative facilities built by the cooperation and revenue departments totaling over 38 crore rupees.
Addressing a historic agrarian grievance, the Chief Minister distributed freehold land pattas to 3,543 beneficiary families whose ancestors had surrendered land for the Neyveli Lignite Corporation six decades ago, permanently resolving their sixty-year struggle for land ownership rights. Stalin also issued home construction sanction orders worth 98.28 crore rupees under beneficiary-led housing programs and handed over residential allotment orders to one hundred differently abled individuals.
To modernize citizen services, Stalin launched an online portal for F-line cadastral land survey applications, enabling residents to request official property boundary measurements digitally without visiting administrative offices. Stalin urged officials and citizens to maintain public buildings with personal care, fostering responsive and dignified governance statewide.
