Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered the presidential convocation address at the Tamil Nadu Dr. J. The Chief Minister outlined government programs aimed at patronizing struggling artists, expanding cultural academies, and establishing state art festivals. He urged graduating artists to preserve authentic cultural expressions while fearlessly innovating to reflect contemporary social realities.
