Stalin specifically directed that newly acquired luxury Volvo buses purchased by the Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation should dedicate their inaugural journeys exclusively to differently abled school children. Witnessing the radiant smiles and boundless enthusiasm of the participating students, Stalin noted that fulfilling simple, heartfelt childhood dreams represents the most meaningful measure of compassionate public administration.
