Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin emphasized that his administration focuses on building an inclusive, people-first government that earns the respect of even those who voted differently. Highlighting flagship Dravidian Model initiatives—including the Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thogai, Vidiyal Payanam fare-free bus travel, the Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme, Pudhumai Penn, Illam Thedi Kalvi, Innuyir Kaappom 48, and Naan Mudhalvan—Stalin stated that his district inspections ensure these welfare benefits reach every home.

To further elevate administrative responsiveness, Stalin announced the rollout of the "Makkaludan Mudhalvar" scheme, traveling to Coimbatore on Monday to launch the program. Describing it as a shining diamond in the Dravidian Model crown, Stalin explained that the scheme brings government departments directly to the public, offering swift, time-bound solutions to civic petitions under a single roof.

Stalin called upon cabinet ministers, district in-charge ministers, members of parliament, legislators, and local body representatives to participate actively and ensure that every eligible citizen benefits. He reaffirmed that decentralized public service delivery and compassionate governance remain the core mission of his leadership, creating a progressive society where government serves every citizen with care and efficiency.
