Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin presided over the official launch of Kavipearasu Vairamuthu's latest literary creation Maha Kavithai at a grand cultural assembly in Chennai. Delivering the presidential address, Stalin praised Vairamuthu's literary prowess and his lifelong dedication to enriching the modern Tamil idiom with scientific concepts and evocative lyrical depth. He highlighted that classical Sangam poetry always celebrated humanity's symbiotic harmony with mountains, forests, coastlines, and rivers, a tradition that modern poets must vigorously carry forward.

Stalin observed that Vairamuthu's new work combines aesthetic beauty with scientific urgency, warning humanity against environmental degradation and reckless exploitation of natural ecosystems. The Chief Minister pointed out that the Dravidian movement has always intertwined literary vitality with progressive social and environmental consciousness. He affirmed that authentic literature serves as an indispensable mirror to societal challenges, guiding public policy toward ecological preservation and collective human survival.

Concluding his presidential address, Stalin congratulated the poet and urged youth to cultivate an enduring love for Tamil literature and environmental protection. He reiterated the state government's ongoing support for creative writing, scientific publication, and literary translation initiatives that bring contemporary global relevance to Tamil scholarship.
