Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam President and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin penned an emotional 'Letter to Brethren' addressing party cadres, passionately inviting them to assemble at the second DMK Youth Wing State Rights Conference in Salem on January 21. Addressing the rank and file as the beloved brethren of Muthamizharignar Kalaignar Karunanidhi, Stalin wrote that when he arrives on the conference stage in Salem, his eyes will eagerly search only for the familiar, devoted faces of party cadres.

The Chief Minister stressed that the Salem convention is not merely a political conference, but a momentous declaration of war against the central authoritarian forces that seek to dismantle Indian federalism. Stalin observed that the youth wing, nurtured under the leadership of Udhayanidhi Stalin, represents the vibrant ideological future of the Dravidian movement. He highlighted that the conference would formulate key ideological strategies to defend state rights, protect social justice, and preserve regional language identity.

Stalin urged grassroots workers from every village and municipal ward to participate in immense numbers. He affirmed that the collective power of DMK cadres gathered at Salem will reverberate across the Indian Union, heralding democratic victory in 2024.
