Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Addressing hundreds of thousands of disciplined youth cadres, Stalin recalled his own formative journey as the founding secretary of the DMK Youth Wing four decades ago. He noted that the youth wing has always served as the ideological backbone and energetic vanguard of the Dravidian movement.

The Chief Minister declared that the Salem conference heralds a decisive political turning point for Indian federalism. Stalin rallied the party youth to spearhead a nationwide democratic campaign to overthrow the authoritarian central regime in the upcoming 2024 parliamentary elections. He asserted that the INDIA alliance represents the collective hope of citizens fighting to preserve constitutional secularism, state legislative rights, and linguistic diversity against majoritarian coercion.

Stalin charged the youth delegates to carry the conference's progressive resolutions into every town, ward, and village. He affirmed that the DMK youth wing will lead the march toward historic victory in the national polls.
