Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin highlighted the resounding success of the 'Makkaludan Mudhalvar' outreach scheme, announcing that the government resolved over 3.5 lakh public grievances within just thirty days. Stalin expressed immense personal satisfaction at witnessing the relief among elderly citizens, persons with disabilities, and rural residents whose longstanding civic issues were settled without delay. He stated that the Dravidian Model administration has reversed the historic administrative burden where citizens had to run endlessly around government offices, bringing institutional solutions directly to their doorsteps.
The Chief Minister noted that special grievance camps conducted across urban and rural wards brought thirteen vital government departments under a single roof, cutting bureaucratic red tape. By conducting rigorous field reviews across districts, Stalin regularly inspects frontline administrative performance to identify systemic bottlenecks and streamline service delivery procedures. He announced that based on these successful outcomes, the government will introduce further citizen-centric governance reforms to make administrative services even more accessible.
Stalin affirmed that responsive and empathetic administration represents the true hallmark of progressive democracy. He commended district administrations for their proactive grievance resolution, directing them to maintain absolute administrative efficiency for every citizen across the state.
