The Chief Minister also launched an innovative entrepreneurship credit assistance scheme jointly implemented by the Municipal Administration, Water Supply, and MSME departments, enabling sanitation workers to transition into independent business owners and mechanized service providers. This pioneering initiative delivers economic dignity and modern workplace safety to sanitation workers.
In the infrastructure sector, Stalin inaugurated newly completed highway corridors, bridges, and bypass stretches, while handing over official appointment orders to newly recruited junior draughting officers. The fisheries sector received substantial capital backing through newly commissioned modern fish landing centers, aquaculture seed production farms, and specialized academic infrastructure buildings for Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University. These interventions aim to enhance coastal livelihoods, marine harvest safety, and export processing efficiency.
Stalin affirmed that these integrated initiatives exemplify the Dravidian Model's vision of transformative social uplift, gender equality, and sustainable economic modernization. He commended civil servants and field personnel for executing public policies with dedication and efficiency.
