The Chief Minister asserted that essential regional demands, including disaster relief allocations, adequate railway funds, and approvals for major infrastructure corridors, have consistently faced indifference in New Delhi. Under the Dravidian Model of governance, Tamil Nadu achieved premier national rankings across industrial investment, educational access, and public healthcare through state fiscal resources despite central fund cutbacks.
