Stalin named Manipur ethnic violence, the Unnao and Kathua gang rapes, the injustice endured by Bilkis Bano, and misconduct allegations against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh under BJP governance. He asked how Prime Minister Narendra Modi could preach about women empowerment when his administration consistently failed to protect vulnerable women and neglected justice in high-profile cases.

Stalin also condemned the BJP state leadership for inducting history-sheeters and habitual offenders into party ranks while lecturing others on law and order. He asserted that Tamil Nadu has always been a sacred land of social harmony, self-respect, and progressive reform. Stalin affirmed that the state will never become fertile soil for communal divisiveness or political deception practiced by the Union ruling party.

The Chief Minister emphasized that real security requires proactive governance, impartial policing, and institutional accountability.
