Stalin revealed that the state's electronics exports, which stood at 1.7 billion US dollars in 2021, surged dramatically to 7.4 billion US dollars within three years, citing official statistics released by the Union government itself.
The Chief Minister underscored that Tamil Nadu now contributes an impressive thirty percent share of India's total national electronics and mobile phone exports, solidifying its standing as the manufacturing powerhouse of the country. Stalin credited this unprecedented expansion to visionary industrial policies, streamlined single-window clearances, rapid infrastructure creation, and a highly skilled technical workforce fostered by the state. He commended Industries Minister T.R.B. Rajaa, the Industries Department, and Guidance Tamil Nadu for actively translating investment commitments into operational production units.
Stalin affirmed that the state administration will accelerate its developmental march toward achieving a one-trillion-dollar economy. He emphasized that equitable industrialization under the Dravidian Model continues to elevate Tamil Nadu's stature globally, generating quality employment for youth and ensuring inclusive socio-economic prosperity across all districts.
