Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin highlighted findings from a nationwide public opinion study conducted by the research organization Lokniti-CSDS, asserting that empirical data signals the countdown to the defeat of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The extensive survey revealed that 27 percent of respondents identified widespread unemployment as their primary national concern, while 23 percent cited sharp price rises in essential commodities.
Stalin pointed out that 55 percent of citizens surveyed stated that corruption had increased over the past five years of BJP rule, and among economically disadvantaged sections, 76 percent identified soaring inflation as the defining issue of the election. He argued that these figures demonstrate that a decade of central administration has failed completely to address everyday livelihood concerns of ordinary citizens.
The Chief Minister asserted that compounding crises of joblessness, rising household debt, corporate wealth accumulation, and persistent social discrimination have alienated working-class families across India. Quoting the famous maxim that people cannot be fooled indefinitely, Stalin called upon the electorate to vote for the INDIA bloc to restore accountable governance focused on job creation and price stability.
