DMK president and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin released campaign highlights from his public outreach across the parliamentary constituencies of Tiruppur and the Nilgiris, urging voters to elect INDIA bloc candidates with decisive margins. Stalin highlighted that these western constituencies, encompassing major industrial manufacturing hubs and indigenous highland communities, demand sensitive governance that respects regional economic realities.
Stalin focused on the administrative initiatives introduced by his government to assist micro, small, and medium enterprises facing economic hardship. He pointed out that the state government created dedicated industrial support packages, lowered local administrative compliances, and expanded subsidized credit mechanisms. In the Nilgiris, state interventions supported small tea growers by improving green leaf procurement and strengthening environmental protections for fragile hill ecosystems.
The Chief Minister emphasized that returning the Bharatiya Janata Party to central power would perpetuate arbitrary policy decisions that penalize productive manufacturing centers. Stalin urged textile entrepreneurs, tea plantation laborers, and young voters to support INDIA alliance candidates who will champion their economic security in the Lok Sabha. He reaffirmed that victory on April 19 will restore regional equity.
