Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin expressed immense pride and satisfaction over the remarkable achievements of state college students benefiting from the flagship Naan Mudhalvan skill empowerment initiative. Sharing an encouraging message urging young learners to spread their wings, Stalin celebrated how the program has broken conventional barriers, allowing youths from economically underprivileged backgrounds to master high-end technical competencies, secure corporate employment, and pursue advanced international training.

Launched to revolutionize higher education employability, the Naan Mudhalvan scheme integrates mandatory skill curriculums, industry certifications, coding bootcamps, and soft skills training across state universities and polytechnics. Stalin emphasized that bridging the gap between collegiate education and contemporary industrial requirements empowers rural and first-generation learners, ensuring that economic background never restricts a young person's professional growth throughout their careers.

The Chief Minister reaffirmed his administration's dedication to making Tamil Nadu's workforce the most skilled, innovative, and competitive talent pool in Asia. Stalin pledged that the government will continue investing in cutting-edge training infrastructure, technological partnerships, and global exposure programs, enabling every young citizen in the state to realize their highest personal and professional aspirations.
