The proposed library in Tiruchirappalli is designed to replicate the successful modern knowledge hub in Madurai, offering advanced research archives, digital learning sections, and civil service coaching resources for students across central Tamil Nadu. In Hosur, developing an international airport aims to support the region's rapid expansion as an electric vehicle manufacturing and electronics hub, connecting local manufacturing corridors directly to domestic and international commerce hubs.

Stalin emphasized that balanced regional progress requires combining intellectual empowerment with robust logistical foundations. By establishing world-class public libraries alongside industrial transportation networks, the government ensures that economic growth reaches non-metropolitan towns and industrial clusters alike.
