Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin officially flagged off a new fleet of state-of-the-art luxury tour coaches for the Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation in Chennai. Stalin observed that Tamil Nadu stands as an unparalleled cradle of ancient architectural wonders, classical performing arts, and breathtaking natural landscapes that attract millions of domestic and international travelers annually.
The newly deployed luxury buses feature advanced passenger comfort systems, panoramic observation windows, modern safety features, and specialized amenities designed to provide seamless long-distance travel experiences. Stalin emphasized that upgrading public tourism transit infrastructure enables visitors to explore historical temple towns, hill stations, coastal heritage monuments, and wildlife reserves across diverse geographical regions comfortably and affordably.
Stalin highlighted that the state's tourism policy actively integrates regional economic development with cultural preservation.
