Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin paid rich tributes to Justice Party pioneer Raja of Panagal on his birth anniversary, describing him as a guiding polar star in Dravidian history who established foundational laws for communal reservation and temple governance. Stalin highlighted that the Raja of Panagal's visionary premiership laid the administrative and legal bedrock for modern social justice in Tamil Nadu.

The Chief Minister recalled that the Justice Party government enacted historic Communal Government Orders and created the precursor to the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments administration, freeing public temples from aristocratic monopolies and ensuring representation for oppressed communities. Stalin observed that these pioneering legislative interventions dismantled traditional social hierarchies and opened government administration and higher education to backward classes.

Stalin called upon citizens and social justice advocates to study the achievements of Justice Party leaders and draw enduring strength from their egalitarian struggles. He affirmed that the DMK government continues to march along the path charted by these ideological forebears, expanding educational access, affirmative action, and social security.
