நாம் ஆட்சிப் பொறுப்பேற்ற பின், அப்துல் கலாம் அவர்களுக்கு அவர் பயின்று - பயிற்றுவித்த அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் சிலை அமைக்கப்படும் என்று அறிவித்து, கடந்த ஆண்டு திறந்து வைத்தோம்.
அறிவியல் வளர்ச்சி, மனிதவியல் மற்றும் மாணவர் நலன் ஆகியவற்றுக்குப் பாடுபடும் தமிழர்களுக்கு, ஆண்டுதோறும் விடுதலை நாளில் “Dr. A.P.J. அப்துல் கலாம் விருது” வழங்கி வருகிறோம்.
நமது இளைஞர்கள் காணும் கனவுகள் மெய்ப்படத்தான் #நான்_முதல்வன் உள்ளிட்ட திட்டங்களை நமது #DravidianModel அரசு செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது.

Chief Minister M.K. Stalin paid tribute to former President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on his birth anniversary, celebrating his inspiring legacy of scientific innovation, dedicated public service, and youth empowerment. Stalin recalled that Kalam taught generations of Indian youth that high ambition, disciplined education, and unyielding perseverance can overcome any socioeconomic barrier.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the DMK government installed a commemorative bronze statue of Abdul Kalam at Anna University, his alma mater, honoring his pioneering contributions to aerospace engineering and student mentorship. He also highlighted the state's annual Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award, conferred on Independence Day to recognize exceptional achievements in scientific advancement, humanities, and student welfare across Tamil Nadu.
Stalin affirmed that flagship initiatives like Naan Mudhalvan were designed precisely to realize Kalam's dream of empowering every student with modern technical skills, higher education access, and global career opportunities. He urged Tamil Nadu's youth to draw inspiration from Kalam's life, pursue knowledge vigorously, and contribute actively toward building an egalitarian and technologically advanced society. The Chief Minister affirmed that empowering students remains the highest tribute to the former President.
