Chief Minister M.K. Stalin visited Virudhunagar district to fulfill the longstanding aspirations of working-class families by distributing free house site and land pattas to over forty thousand beneficiaries. Presiding over a massive government function, Stalin disbursed welfare assistance valued at 417.21 crore rupees to 57,556 beneficiaries across various social security and agricultural departments.

The Chief Minister also inaugurated the newly constructed, modern Virudhunagar District Collectorate Master Plan complex alongside thirty-four completed public works constructed at a total expenditure of 21.36 crore rupees. The new administrative headquarters brings all essential district departments under a single roof, significantly improving governance coordination and public convenience.

Stalin observed that securing land ownership transforms impoverished households by providing permanent social security and economic collateral. He emphasized that the Dravidian Model governance prioritizes land rights, quality public health, and rural infrastructure to ensure balanced district growth. Stalin commended district administrators for executing the massive patta distribution drive, reaffirming the state's resolve to continue delivering life-changing welfare directly to vulnerable citizens across Tamil Nadu. The administration continues to expand housing security and title deed distribution statewide for all citizens.
