Chief Minister M.K. Stalin visited Ariyalur district to commission fifty-one completed developmental works constructed at a total cost of 17.24 crore rupees across various civic departments. The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for twenty-six new municipal, educational, and rural infrastructure projects valued at 39.44 crore rupees, aimed at improving road connectivity, public water supply, and administrative amenities.

In addition to launching civic infrastructure, Stalin presided over a massive public distribution ceremony where he personally handed over government welfare assistance worth 70.74 crore rupees to 10,141 beneficiaries. The distributed welfare aid included agricultural equipment, housing subsidies, community livelihood support, social security pensions, and educational aid disbursed through cooperative and welfare departments.

Stalin observed that balanced regional growth remains a foundational commitment of the Dravidian Model governance, ensuring that interior rural districts receive substantial public investments alongside metropolitan centers. He interacted with local residents and beneficiaries, assuring them that the government will continue implementing tailored industrial and agricultural programs to create economic opportunities and enhance quality of life across Ariyalur district.
