DMK President and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin congratulated DMK Women's Wing Secretary and Member of Parliament Kanimozhi Karunanidhi for successfully organizing the massive Kalaignar 100 centenary quiz competition across Tamil Nadu. Stalin lauded the organizational effort that engaged over two lakh students and citizens, creating a vibrant contemporary study platform to learn about Dravidian history, social reform movements, and political struggles.
The Chief Minister recalled that the Dravidian movement was built upon tireless public speaking, impactful literature, and mass intellectual awakening that galvanized Tamil society toward self-respect and egalitarian rights. He noted that encouraging two lakh youngsters to study historical publications and legislative achievements transforms youth into knowledgeable ideological champions capable of defending rationalist principles against retrograde propaganda.
Stalin commended Women's Wing volunteers and district organizers for their systematic execution of district-level and state-level competitive rounds. He emphasized that nurturing political literacy among youth ensures the continuity of progressive governance for future decades. Stalin urged party wings to continue organizing creative intellectual competitions, ensuring that the transformative legacy of Periyar, Anna, and Kalaignar remains deeply ingrained in younger generations statewide.
