நமது இந்திய அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டத்தின் 75-ஆவது ஆண்டில், வரும் 26-11-2024 அன்று காலை 11 மணிக்கு, தலைமைச் செயலகத்திலுள்ள அனைத்துத் துறைகளிலும், மாண்பமை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் மற்றும் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்துத் துறை தலைமை அலுவலகங்கள், அனைத்துச் சார்நிலை அரசு அலுவலகங்கள், மாநில அரசின் அனைத்து அலுவலகங்கள், தன்னாட்சி அதிகார அமைப்புகள், நிறுவனங்கள், தன்னாட்சி அரசு நிறுவனங்கள், அனைத்துப் பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் கல்லூரிகளிலும் இந்திய அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டத்தின் முகப்புரையை வாசிக்கும் முன்னெடுப்பை எடுத்துள்ளோம்!
அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டம் வழங்கியுள்ள உரிமைகளை எல்லோர் மனங்களிலும் விதைத்து, நமது இந்திய நாட்டின் பன்முகத்தன்மை மற்றும் ஒற்றுமையை அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டத்தின் வழியாகப் பாதுகாப்போம்!

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin issued directives mandating the formal reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India across all government offices, courts, universities, and educational institutions on the occasion of Constitution Day, marking the seventy-fifth anniversary of its adoption. The statewide observance will take place simultaneously at 11 AM on November 26 across all administrative levels.
Under the government order, departmental heads in the state secretariat, High Court registry, district collectorates, subordinate public offices, autonomous boards, state corporations, and all government and aided schools and colleges will lead employees and students in reading the Preamble. Stalin emphasized that reciting the constitutional text reinforces collective fidelity to sovereign, socialist, secular, and democratic principles among public servants.
The Chief Minister highlighted that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and the founding fathers envisioned the Constitution as a transformative instrument to establish egalitarian social justice, eliminate caste oppression, and defend individual liberty. Stalin stated that periodic public reaffirmation of constitutional pledges is crucial to protecting democratic safeguards against centralizing tendencies, urging all public servants to administer governmental affairs strictly in accordance with constitutional values.
