Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched the Vizhudhugal mobile rehabilitation service vans, designed to provide comprehensive doorstep physiotherapy, auditory training, speech therapy, and specialized educational support for differently-abled individuals in remote and underserved areas. During the commissioning ceremony in Chennai, Stalin also dedicated specialized clinical facilities and center-of-excellence services established for persons with autism spectrum conditions and intellectual challenges.

Quoting the venerable Tamil ethical principle that protecting the vulnerable constitutes true administrative righteousness, the Chief Minister affirmed that the Dravidian Model governance stands shoulder-to-shoulder with differently-abled citizens and their families. Stalin stated that dispatching fully equipped mobile rehabilitation units eliminates the arduous travel burdens faced by rural parents, ensuring that children receive early diagnostic interventions and continuous therapeutic exercises directly within their village communities.

Stalin pointed out that Tamil Nadu has pioneered inclusive welfare by expanding assistive device distributions, enhancing disability pensions, and ensuring accessible public infrastructure statewide. He reiterated his administration's steadfast commitment to universal dignity, promising that state agencies will relentlessly expand specialized care facilities to enable every differently-abled citizen to live an independent, productive, and fully empowered life.
