மதுரை #Tungsten விவகாரத்தில் நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் அ.தி.மு.க. செய்த துரோகம் வீடியோ ஆதாரங்களுடன் அம்பலமானதும், “நான் மசோதாவைத்தான் ஆதரித்தேன், டங்ஸ்டன் சுரங்க ஏலத்தை ஆதரிக்கவில்லை” எனத் திரு. தம்பிதுரை அவர்கள் மழுப்பி இருக்கிறார்.
அ.தி.மு.க. ஆதரவில் நிறைவேறிய சட்டத் திருத்த மசோதாதான், டங்ஸ்டன் சுரங்கத்தை ஏலம் விடும் அதிகாரத்தை மாநில அரசிடம் இருந்து பிடுங்கி மோடி அரசிடம் கொடுக்கக் காரணமானது. அந்தச் சட்ட மசோதாவைத் தி.மு.க. எதிர்த்தது; அ.தி.மு.க. ஆதரித்தது.
டங்ஸ்டன் உள்ளிட்ட சில அரிய கனிமங்களை ஒன்றிய அரசு மட்டுமே ஏலம் விட முடியும் என்கிற சட்டத் திருத்தத்தைத்தான் திரு. தம்பிதுரை ஆதரித்தார்.
அரிட்டாப்பட்டியில் டங்ஸ்டன் சுரங்கம் அமைக்கத் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு முன்வரவில்லை. இதே நிலை பல மாநிலங்களில் நீடிப்பதால், ஒன்றிய அரசே ஏலம் விடுவதற்கான திருத்தச் சட்டத்தைத்தான் அ.தி.மு.க. ஆதரித்தது. இதன் அடிப்படையில்தான் அரிட்டாப்பட்டி சுரங்க ஏலத்தை ஒன்றிய அரசு மேற்கொண்டது.
அ.தி.மு.க.வின் தொடர் துரோகத்தின் புதிய அத்தியாயம் அம்பலமாகி இருக்கிறது. டெல்லியில் எதிர்க்க வேண்டிய இடத்தில் ஆதரித்துவிட்டு, இங்கே நாடகமாடுவது எடுபடாது.
திரு. தம்பிதுரை ஆதரித்தது எந்தத் திருத்தத்தை?
மாநில உரிமையைப் பறித்து ஒன்றிய அரசுக்கே அதிகாரம் வழங்குவதை அ.தி.மு.க. ஆதரிப்பது பச்சைத் துரோகம் அல்லவா?

கெட்டிக்காரன் புளுகு எட்டு நாள் என்பார்கள். பழனிசாமி அவர்களின் புளுகும் - புளுகுக்குப் புனுகு பூசும் நேர்த்தியும் எட்டு நொடிகூட நிலைப்பதில்லை. அவர் இனிமேலாவது உண்மைகளைப் பேசிப் பழக வேண்டும் என்று அக்கறையோடு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

Stalin exposed the political duplicity of the AIADMK regarding the controversial tungsten mining auction in Madurai district, citing official parliamentary records that prove AIADMK parliamentarians voted in favor of the contentious Mines and Minerals Amendment Bill. Stalin pointed out that this central legislation systematically stripped federal states of their constitutional authority to manage rare mineral leases, vesting exclusive auctioning powers with the Union government.
The Chief Minister highlighted that after voting for the centralizing bill in New Delhi, AIADMK leader M. Thambidurai attempted to deflect public outrage by claiming he merely supported the general enactment rather than the specific tungsten auction. Stalin stated that parliamentary records unequivocally reveal that the amendment directly facilitated the Union government's unilateral auctioning of ecologically fragile mineral reserves near Arittapatti bio-heritage site without seeking the Tamil Nadu government's concurrence.
Stalin reiterated that DMK had vigorously opposed the legislative amendment in Parliament to defend state rights and ecological integrity. He warned opposition leaders that deceitful political posturing cannot conceal historical betrayals, assuring the public that Tamil Nadu will fiercely block any destructive mining venture.
