ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட மக்களுக்காகவும் விவசாயத் தோழர்களுக்காகவும் உழைத்த அவருக்கு கடந்த ஆண்டு அண்ணல் அம்பேத்கர் விருதை கழக அரசு வழங்கியது. அத்தகைய சிறப்புக்குரிய தோழர் சண்முகம் @tncpim புதிய மாநிலச் செயலாளராகத் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டிருப்பது மகிழ்ச்சியளிக்கிறது.
கடந்த பல ஆண்டுகளாகத் தமிழ்நாட்டில் மதச்சார்பற்ற சக்திகளின் ஒருங்கிணைப்புக்கும், கழகக் கூட்டணியின் அனைத்து வெற்றிகளுக்கும் எந்நாளும் உழைத்த தோழர் கே. பாலகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களின் பணிகளுக்கு நன்றி தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன். மாநிலச் செயலாளர் பொறுப்பில் இருந்து விடைபெற்றிருந்தாலும் மக்கள் பணிக்கு விடைகொடுக்காமல் நாளும் உழைப்பவர் தோழர் @kbcpim என்பதை நாடறியும். இரு தோழர்களும் தங்கள் பணியைத் தொய்வின்றித் தொடர வாழ்த்துகிறேன்.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin congratulated Comrade P. Shanmugam upon his appointment as the new Tamil Nadu State Secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). He recalled that the DMK government recognized Shanmugam's dedicated public service by conferring the prestigious Dr. Ambedkar Award upon him during the preceding year.
The Chief Minister expressed deep appreciation to outgoing State Secretary K. Balakrishnan for his principled leadership over several years. Stalin acknowledged Balakrishnan's pivotal contribution toward consolidating secular forces across Tamil Nadu, which delivered decisive electoral victories for the progressive alliance. Although relinquishing his executive post within the party structure, Balakrishnan remains actively engaged in grassroots struggles, earning widespread respect across political boundaries.
Stalin affirmed that both communist leaders exemplify unwavering devotion to social justice and the protection of constitutional democracy against communal polarization. He conveyed his warmest fraternal greetings, wishing both leaders sustained vigor in advancing people-centric welfare causes and defending democratic principles across Tamil Nadu.
