தமிழ்நாடு ஏற்காத கொள்கைகளையும் மொழியையும் திணிப்பதில் காட்டும் ஆர்வத்தில் சிறு துளியையாவது நிதி ஒதுக்கீட்டில் காட்ட வேண்டாமா?
ஒன்றிய அரசானது தன்னுடைய திட்டங்களில் தன்னுடைய பங்குத் தொகையைக் குறைத்து கொண்டே வருவதால், மாநில அரசின் நிதிச்சுமை அதிகரித்துக் கொண்டே வருகிறது. பல்வேறு திட்டங்களில் மிகவும் குறைவாக மானியத் தொகையை வழங்கும் ஒன்றிய அரசு, அதிலும் பல்வேறு கட்டுப்பாடுகளைத் தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு மட்டும் விதித்துள்ளது. விளம்பர மோகம் கொண்ட ஒன்றிய அரசு, திட்ட விளம்பரங்களில் ஒன்றிய அரசின் முத்திரை இடம் பெறாவிட்டால், திட்டம் சரியாகவும் செம்மையாகவும் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டிருப்பினும், நமக்குச் சேரவேண்டிய திட்ட நிதியை விடுவிப்பதில்லை. விளம்பரம் ஒன்றையே பாராட்டும் ஒன்றிய அரசு, மக்கள் நலனில் எந்தவொரு அக்கறையையும் காட்ட மறுக்கிறது.
வெற்றுச் சொல் அலங்காரங்களும், வஞ்சனையான மேல் பூச்சுகளும் கொண்ட அறிக்கையின் மூலமாக இந்திய நாட்டு மக்களை வழக்கம் போல் ஏமாற்றும் பா.ஜ.க.,வின் பம்மாத்து நாடகம் தொடர்கிறது.
எந்த மாநிலத்தில் தேர்தல் நடைபெறவுள்ளதோ, எங்கு பா.ஜ.க. கூட்டணி ஆட்சியில் உள்ளதோ அந்த மாநிலத்துக்கு மட்டும்தான் திட்டங்களும் நிதியும் அறிவிக்கப்படும் என்றால் ‘ஒன்றிய’ நிதிநிலை அறிக்கை என இதனை அழைக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் என்ன?

Stalin observed that while Tamil Nadu consistently tops official reports by the Reserve Bank, NITI Aayog, and national ranking frameworks for governance, fiscal discipline, and industrial output, the central budget completely ignored the state's legitimate pre-budget memorandums.
The Chief Minister highlighted that New Delhi failed to allocate a single rupee for pressing transit initiatives, including the Coimbatore and Madurai Metro Rail projects, key highway widenings, and railway doubling works. He criticized the Union Government for steadily slashing its contribution ratios in centrally sponsored schemes, shifting an unfair fiscal burden onto state finances while enforcing rigid bureaucratic conditionalities on welfare fund releases.
Stalin asserted that the central budget prioritized only states heading toward assembly polls or where the ruling dispensation depends upon coalition allies for political survival. He declared that reducing national financial planning to partisan electoral bargaining destroys the foundational spirit of cooperative federalism. Stalin affirmed that the DMK will mobilize democratic forces across the country to resist this systematic fiscal marginalization and secure Tamil Nadu's constitutional entitlements.
